Eileen Kramer Still Dances and Choreographs at 100
This woman’s presence is enough to charge the other dancers with her spirit. She is a connector between heaven and earth that has never given up her vision and practice: I find her inspiring and I think she and Tina Cockett share the same creative impulse and perhaps the same dance genes.
It’s wonderful that she is now getting the recognition she deserves and ways to keep her work where we can all experience it, through contemporary media. Perhaps because of this attention she will even have a more secure home situation if that is what she would want. It seems that her economic circumstances have not caused her to hide her light.
May we all find our centre and our source as she does, in ways that keep us fully alive and aware during our life’s journey.
